In a world buzzing with distractions and demands, achieving clarity is akin to finding a guiding star. The CAW technique's first step is all about defining what we wish to achieve.   • Mindful Goal Setting: Take time to articulate clear and realistic goals. This is really important. The more focused goals you create, the more clarity will exist to support and guide you! This acts as a beacon, guiding your efforts in a purposeful direction.

Oftentimes we start off great with a lot of clarity on what we want to achieve and why, but we tend to lose our way on the journey, thanks to the chaos of life! These self-awareness check-ins in the form of reflection are fundamental to maintaining the clarity you started out with!

Now alignment is a big big big word. So here are some thoughts to keep in mind while checking for it in your strategy -

  • How does this strategy make me feel? Does it feel good or does it feel like I am flowing against the current? (Know that it is okay for you to stretch, but if a strategy feels wrong even though it works for everyone else, you might need to shift it!)

  • Does your strategy make sense for your current goals?

  • Does your strategy make sense for your future goals? (Think 5-10 years down the line)

  • Does this strategy make sense energetically? Do you have the time and energy to follow through on this strategy?

Hopefully, these questions can support you in crafting a strategy that fits!

W - Will to Execute - Transforming Intentions into Actions:
